Mindy Costanzo has been a Gunnison-Crested Butte Realtor Board Member for 47 years and has experience navigating all real estate market phases. Since 1977 Mindy has been building her career in the Gunnison Valley, focusing exclusively on buyers' and sellers' real estate goals. Mindy has continued her real estate career for the past ten years with her former franchise company, United Country Gunnison County Realty, and Auction.

Mindy began her residency in the Gunnison Valley at Western Colorado University, where she earned her business degree and graduated in 1975. She then raised two children and now resides in the Dos Rios community in Gunnison with her Dog Miley, and Cat Star. When Mindy is not out listing or selling, she likes to play pickleball and golf, loves to travel and garden, and takes in the recreational pursuits of Gunnison County. She claims her greatest reward is spending time with her four grandchildren!
